We can also assist with tax-effective corporate reorganizations and amalgamations.
We provide advice to buyers and sellers, target companies, lenders and financial advisors in transactions that may involve the purchase or sale of assets or shares of a business, whether secured or not, and prepare documentation in a wide range of corporate and commercial contexts, including transfers of property between closely held companies, licensing agreements, management and consulting agreements, non-disclosure and non-competition agreements, and licenses and applications to secure trade-mark rights and copyright protection.
