Founding partner John Mullin is a familiar name to many in the Greater Victoria real estate and development community. John attended law school at the University of Victoria, and was a partner with another area firm prior to establishing his own firm, Mullin DeMeo, in 1992, together with law partner Peter DeMeo. John has practiced in this region for over twenty years and brings a tremendous amount of experience and expertise to his practice, which includes managing complex development deals, banking and commercial real estate matters, and residential real estate transactions. John meets with area real estate professionals regularly to give presentations on topics of current interest.
