Mullin DeMeo advises on and assists property developers with subdivision and related municipal matters, such as the initial acquisition of development lands, subdivision plan registration, rights of way and easements, site plan approval, real estate marketing regulations in British Columbia, strata disclosure statements, zoning and planning issues, building permit issuance and utility servicing arrangements. We also work with other members of the development team, such as surveyors, engineers, architects and municipal authorities, to efficiently coordinate the development process and resolve complex issues. We also act for developers and builders in the completion of sales of single family homes, townhouses and condominiums.
