Celeste was raised in Victoria, attending Glenylon Norfolk School, and has maintained strong ties to the community. Celeste received a Bachelor of Science degree from Queen’s University and completed her Juris Doctor degree at the University of Calgary. While completing her Juris Doctor, Celeste re-embraced her West Coast roots and returned to her hometown to work at a Victoria-based law firm between 2015 and 2018.

Celeste intends to use her education and experiences to practice in the fields of real estate and corporate/commercial transactions. Outside of the office, Celeste enjoys athletics and adventure and you will often find her spending time outdoors, hiking and cycling.
